commercial derivatives the next shoe to drop?

Anyone have an opinion on the commercial markets taking a hit like residential did? There were a lot of risky commercial loans as well in the marketplace during the boom. Is anyone seeing this effect their portfolio....I.E. tenants not paying, leases not being renewed, prices dropping etc.
