approximate costs to build apartments?

Hi. Would someone know how much it might cost, approximately, to build a 2-story apartment complex with a total of 100 units (67 of them having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and 33 of them having 1 bedroom/1 bathroom)? The 1-bedroom units would be approximately 800 square feet in size each, and the 2-bedroom units would be 1100 square feet in size each. This apartment complex would have elevators, a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court.

Would anyone have any data indicating an approximate cost per square foot to build such an apartment complex? This project is in South Carolina and just across the border from Augusta, Georgia. TIA.
