I talked to Ray a few days ago.
He is taking a few days for himself, away from business to rest and hopefully improve the problems with his eyes.
Buy doing this, he hopes the stress level decrease will help him to either avoid surgery or better prepare for it.
We wish him all the quiet he can handle to recover soon.
