which means I told you, you didn't figure it out. If
you have any practical advice please post the advice
but did not come to this board to be told how I am
going to fail. I have made a habit of proving people
wrong when the predict failure. As far as houses go
the area I live rents are pathetically low, and
everyone is selling way above the actual value. which
means most investors are upside down on housing
rentals. I don't want to spend a few hundred thousand
to get maybe a couple hundred bucks profit. Also
prices here are still falling on houses were I live.
