Right?! Im signed up with many of brokers as well as actively browsing properties and I am just seeing a lot of great things!! Unbelivable! I look at apartments and a lot of "fixer uppers" that either about to or have been foreclosed on. These are getting unloaded but financing these through conventional is a bit tricky from my experience with them. Private and syndication is the way to do these. I hear of a lot of money pools being created to do these properties. I think definatly after this "slow down", there are going to be a whole lot of people with heavier pockets than when they went into the "slow down". Very interesting times, I love it!
