Business is good -- the best time to make money is when most move out of my industry -- I am a lender/Banker and do all types real estate loan and purchasing -- this is the time to do deal -- you need a few things in this market -- fair credit -- some cash -- the hardest deal are new construction -- easy deal would be Multi family (units over 20) The bank are full of properties they need to unload and willing to deal
