I have a three unit building that I am offering for sale to several investors. If they can get a 75% or higher LTV mortgage I will finance the balance by putting a 2nd lien on one of their other buildings.
Why would I do this?
I'm getting tired of being a landlord and want to get into notes. This is a great way for me to get out of landlording and into notes with one transaction!
Also, I know that by offering such great terms to the buyer I can get a higher price.Dave
