I recently purchased a city lot with 6 garages and plenty of parking.I want to rent out the garages for storage and rent some parking spaces for cars.most houses in the area have no off street parking.I was thinking month to month on garages with a lease agreement.maybe also the parking spaces.should I contract with other landlords in the area or individual tenants? input an ideas appreciated. thanks
