I am looking ot purchase a 4 unit building in Camden, NJ. It is prices at 200k as a short sale. The building also has a storefront that I would try to convert into a laundromat at some point.Rents for the area area between 700 and 1000.
It is a tough area and I am look at leasing it through Section 8.
Does anyone deal with section 8 or in Camden that can tell me about the demand in the area? The numbers seem to work
