You need to start working with a small bank. Talk to the guy/gal doing commercial/business loans in a small local bank.
There is no limit to the number of commercial loans you can have. You will also see that the small banks will be cheaper on their closing fees than most brokers. The rate and terms you will get will more than likely be better than those from a private lender.
