As we have discussed there are VERY few "paper" investors these days in todays market conditions who will purchase "Green" or new unseasoned seller financed paper.
Add to that 100% financing or NO cash down from the buyer and it rings of the cliche; "Its too good to be ...."
I am not familar with this outfit. Do they have a web site?
